Dr. Ashok K. Joshi, MD
Founder and President
Dr. Joshi has been providing personalized, quality care to his patients for decades – over a quarter-century in private practice. Dr. Joshi has a loyal following of patients and peers who respect his depth of clinical knowledge and his focus on coordination of care.

His practice has grown from a single provider to five practitioners. He also served as Medical Director for several nursing homes and continues to provide coverage through the practice to several area facilities.
Dr. Joshi has been an active member of the medical staff at Lowell General Hospital for 25 years, a recognized name in the Greater Lowell healthcare community. He has worked with and/or trained many a young physician in this area.
Earlier, he served as teaching faculty at the University of Syracuse for residents of their medical training program. He continued teaching Emergency Medicine residents at North Shore Hospital, a teaching hospital. Dr. Joshi’s Practice has been accredited as a Clinical Preceptor Program for Nurse Practitioners at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Dr. Joshi has a loyal following of patients and peers who respect his depth of clinical knowledge and his focus on coordination of care. He has a warm and engaging teaching style that empowers his patients to take charge of their health, with the benefit of his medical expertise.

Julie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joined the practice in 1996. She graduated from University of Massachusetts- Lowell and holds a master’s degree in family and community health.

Julie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joined the practice in 1996. She graduated from University of Massachusetts- Lowell and holds a master’s degree in family and community health. Julie specializes in internal medicine, rehabilitation, and management of chronic conditions. She also brings over 25 years of experience in geriatric/nursing home care. “I enjoy working with people to achieve their health care goals. Julie has been recognized within the community for decades of admirable hands-on rescue work in animal welfare.
Julie has held the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for a non-profit rescue organization for 13 years. She takes on cases of elder dogs and those with medical conditions that cannot be easily managed in a shelter environment.
